1:4

January 4th - I'm still not 100% sure as to what God is saying or doing through this "exercise" of reading and writing down His Word in this way.  But I guess it doesn't really matter. I am guilty of basing my amount of effort on a project on the ending - its worth or purpose, as I see it.  That's not how God works though. He asks for my ALL in ALL things, not just the ones I want to do or see value in.  So, I'm going to keep on doing what I know to do until He tells me to do something different.

Today there were very few Old Testament verses that struck a chord with me...but then most of the New Testament ones did.  So, let His Word settle into your spirit and speak Truth into your life.


Genesis 1:4
"And God saw that the light was good.  Then he separated the light from the darkness."

Exodus 1:4

Leviticus 1:4
